Edward R. F. Cox, Camp David operator, and Allen C. Hall met in the Aspen Lodge study at Camp David on an unknown date, sometime between 8:10 pm on September 19, 1972 and 7:10 pm on September 20, 1972. The Camp David Hard Wire taping system captured this recording, which is known as Conversation 212-009 of the White House Tapes.
