On March 9, 1973, President Richard M. Nixon, H. R. ("Bob") Haldeman, Charles G. ("Bebe") Rebozo, Henry A. Kissinger, White House operator, William Downey, Ronald L. Ziegler, and Thomas J. Meskill met in the President's office in the Old Executive Office Building at an unknown time between 2:15 pm and 3:05 pm.
