Good evening, my fellow Americans.
Over the past several weeks, you've heard a number of reports on TV, radio, and any of these figures' situations on the station.
I was confident in his presence, the manner in which he barred our forces, and put his reports in perspective.
I've heard the facts before you, that let you judge for yourselves whether it was a success or a failure, or a call.
I'm glad to be able to give you another report on my announcement.
We're excited to increase the rate of American troop control in the period from May 1st to May 2nd.
Before going into details, I'd like to repeat the previous statement.
We've been on the right track for a long time.
Because we have made the day for using American forces, we will now step down from control without jeopardizing our reinforcements in Vietnam and without evading our other patrols and ending American involvement in the wind, which will increase the chances of Alaska being
Washington, January 19th, 1913 years, Vice President of the United States of America.
There's no American combat force in the United States of America.
I've been killed in combat.
I'm trying to spread the word to the world.
We're fighting for $40,000 in America.
$1,000 in United States of America.
$3,000 in America.
You're being locked up in America.
I'm trying to support the United States of America.
I'm going to plan to train and put myself in the means to withdraw America from the United States of America.
And the end of our involvement in the war gave the students a solid view of the nation's development capacity as a country and a common expression.
You can see how our plan succeeded.
In 1959, I announced the goal of my plan on 40,000 students.
In December of 50, April of 100,000 students.
In the next month, we deliver up more than 265,000 Americans, almost half the troops in Vietnam.

Every decision I have made, and every decision I have made in the Jewish one, on the purpose of achieving that goal, I do to the decisions that I have made in the Christian one, to achieve my goal, to give time, to the destruction of my new bases, and to have work done.
On that decision, many expressed fears that the white war and our casualties would increase the war and the troops that were on the road would be delayed.
I asked the questions of 70 of those who expressed them, and I can see now that they were wrong.
American troops are out in Cambodia in 60 days, 70 places in the sea.
As we do not go out into the capital, we will come to town.
Children fall through lock holes in the way.
We continue to stop in the states.
We are in charge of the Laotian operation.
We are in charge of the Laotian operation.
We are in charge of the Laotian operation.
The completion of the operation
There's been a great deal of understandable speculation that there wasn't an end to it.
Whether it was a success or a failure, a victory or defeat, has been, unfortunately, important.
It's not the instant analysis of the moment, but what happens in the future.
The resolution on version 2 of the goals we signed has completed my assessment of the operation.
It's obvious they've demonstrated without an argument that we fight effectively against the best of none of the organizations.
Second, the South Vietnamese suffered heavy casualties.
By conservative elements, the casualties suffered by the enemy were far heavier.
And most importantly, the disruption of enemy supply lines, consumption of ammunition, and arms and weapons, was making the core damage to the capabilities of an army of Vietnamese, and it made sure that South Vietnam, and where they operate, can't work for 10 months ago.
On the night I came to report, the Vietnamization has
Increased strength in South Vietnam because of the success of the 10 billion operations.
The achievements of the South Vietnamese operational models are announcing an increase in the rate of American troops as well.
May 1, December 1 of this year, 100,000 more American troops will be brought into South Vietnam.
We'll break the total number of American troops drawn from South Vietnam to 365,000, over two-thirds of the number who were there when I came back to office.
We'll see if we can get South Vietnam full of the support of our decisions.
That is what the future is.
If you see the progress we've made to date, and this announcement about the American involvement in Vietnam is coming to an end, South Vietnam needs to play the literal defense of society.
The goal is to total American control of Vietnam.
We will reach that goal from October 1 to the end of the century.
We are ready to reach it in the second half of the century.
On October 7th, the United States will leave Vietnam.
I propose an immediate ceasefire to run for China.
The immediate release of all prisoners of war including the Chinese army.
And all of the Chinese companies.
We will control all outside forces in the world in the second half of the century.
I again call on Vietnam.
It is a serious association to speak, and I will especially call on Hannah to agree with me on the position of the small business of war and crime in China.
Hannah, in the end, the barbaric use of our personage to negotiate the policy of the Chinese is a main act, and we'll free their people as well as ours.
Thank you.
Let me turn you up a proposal which in first class has a great deal of positive appeal.
Our goal is a goal to draw all our forces.
I've got an offer to make now for heading to my home.
I know we're making such an offer to America.
I would also be making the offer to the end.
We will serve the enemy's prisoners in our arms.
The United States should announce that we will quit regardless of what the enemy does.
We would have drawn away our principal bargaining account and would have released our American prisoners of war.
We would revolt the enemy's strongest, consenting to end the war soon by initiation.
We will give enemy commanders the exact information they need to marshal their attacks against our remaining forces.
That, then, will be brought upon them.
... ... ... ... ... ...
The basic choice of ending our involvement in this war, I know, is despair, or ever hope.
The reality is not the gist of this America's war, which is hope and despair.
It is our power to lead Vietnam the way their arms were braided before we lost the Cold War period.
It is our power to prove to our friends in the world that America's sense of responsibility remains the world's greatest symbol of peace.
It is all we have in our power to close a difficult chapter in America's history.
The angles of war and the nightmare of determination.
Respect for this nation, respect for one another, and respect for ourselves.
It's better to be concerned than raised.
It's very worth it to be tolerated for one another.
It's better to respect one another.
It's better to be around one another.
As Commander of the Chief of the Armed Forces, I feel it is my duty to speak up for the two and a half, maybe five young men
and the charges made against the patient should not and cannot be allowed to be rebutted on their courage and self-sacrifice.
It was a terrible and cruel experience for the nation.
It was a terrible and cruel experience for the nation.
It was a terrible and cruel experience for the nation.
It was a terrible and cruel experience for the nation.
It was a terrible and cruel experience for the nation.
We hear and read much of isolated acts of bullying.
We do not hear enough of the penance and violence of individual American soldiers who build schools, roads, hospitals, and other acts of generosity and kindness.
We are proud to stand with that appreciation.
And America's participation in this conflict not in favor of a defeat, but an achievement of the great goals for which they fought.
Assault Vietnam created German institutions that were in America, no longer divided by war, but divided by democracy, divided by the power of this world.
In this issue, we demonstrate the kind of people we are in this country, trying to cross our borders.
This war, to end it in a way, will strike the tropical land.
It will redeem the son of God, the Lord, and the Father, and the Son of Man.
It will heal the soul.
It's not very common.
It's not even common.
The American involvement in this war is not very common.
The reason for that is that this question was raised by a new policy circuit.
In the past, the small and big cohort of actions that were announced in Washington were supposed to lead to a reduction in American wealth.
More and older, these actions resulted in more American wealth in Vietnam and higher American wealth in the United States.
I'm not asking you to take what I'm saying out of faith.
I'd like you to look again at this judgment.
Every action taken by this administration, every decision made, has accomplished what I said it would accomplish.
Introducing my own involvement.
They have drafted me into their management system.
I've been to the presidency my first year, and I've been involved in this war.
I've been keeping that tradition.
It's expected to be unaccountable.
What I'm asking is, what single accomplishment of all others would I like to make in the presidency of the United States?
And the question is always,
