Walker, Charls E.

Charls E. Walker served in the Treasury Department for the majority of the Nixon administration. During the White House taping period, he was the Under Secretary of the Treasury, a position he held from 1969 until 1972. In 1973, he was promoted to Deputy Secretary of the Treasury, where he served for the remainder of his time in the administration.
