Harper, Edwin L.

Edwin L. Harper served in the Nixon administration as a Special Assistant to the President and Assistant Director of the Domestic Council. During the White House taping period, he was involved in the research, planning, and coordination of domestic policy, and played a role in developing the administration's revenue-sharing plan. His work on the Domestic Council placed him at the center of domestic policy formulation between 1970 and early 1973.
